Meet The Maker
'm Maddison. I'm a queer artist (they/she) living and creating in the hidden gem that is Cumberland, BC. My studio is named after my bernese mountain dog, Mabel. Mabel and Ceramics are my two outlets. Mabel's bold personality influences the style of my work, along with my infatuation for mid-century style. I love to experiment, and I have no set style. What I love most about clay is the endless opportunity.
My work evolves as I learn, grow, and gain confidence in my skill. I am self taught, and have been committed to clay since February 2021.
I have a deep love for design, collaboration, and exploration.
When working with collaborative clients, I love to fuse together brand ideals and aesthetics into whatever functional forms I create.
When working with wholesale clients, I offer consistent, high quality products that stand out, and are made intentionally, with care, by hand.
